Windows XP, Vista , WIN 7  (32bit and 64bit) must install driver for USB connect .
The driver must unzip by RAR . Before install the driver , users must connect to the computer USB port and power on  the unit , after install the driver , restart the computer is necessary  .
Please note:
1，The USB under Mac OSX  and Linux , coaxial input without driver install necessary .
2，Recommend player in Windows :  Foobar2000 V1.15 with plugs foo_out_ks  & foo_out_wasapi
3，The stock USB cable is custom order have low impedance , can through enough current power supply for DI-V3, if users replace by other USB cable and power supply by USB, please make sure the USB cable have enough low impedance .
4，Don't setting the USB control panel higher than 24bit / 192KHz while applied coaxial output .
5，Better USB cable choice rule : Short length and  good shield .
6，Advice the  users who own audio-gd DACs had built in USB-32 don't want upgrade to the DI-V3 .

         Just this morning I've recieved the DI-V3, it is playing the whole day now and it sounds great, so plain out of the box
It is suited between my Squeezbox 3 and the dac in my amp, it gives a lot more musical information, I guess that it all had to do with reducing the jitter, well if that so, the DI-V3 do a great job, THANKS
