Quality Components: Custom order NOVER (England brand) , WIMA capacitor, DALE  Resistor , Toshiba transistors ect.
Applied: For CDP, DAC, Preamp and power amp gain stages modify . ( Can't working for laser and motors drive circuits in CDP)
Note: This is a class A PSU, its current output had limit at 80 to 240 MA . If you want large power supply, dual V+ (V-) output, please contact us for custom order :  audio-gd@126.com

What's different between Class A PSU and Linear PSU ?
1, The different like the class A amp than the class B amp .The Class A PSU is a class A design PSU, it suit the small current request circuits, like DA chip, OPAs, DAC output stages , preamp gain stage.
The Linear PSU is the linear design, it can output large current less limit.
2, In sound, the Class A PSU have more neutral, more extend , blacker background .

Manual
AC IN: Connect the transformer AC output.
V- OUT :  Negative voltage output.
GND : On bard the two PSU is separate,  if users use for power supply same circuit parts, please connect the two GND together, then connect to the circuits.
V+ OUT : Positive voltage output.
J1: Default is setting on 80MA idle, short the J1 but solder or jumpers for boost to 160MA idle .
J2: If short the J1 still not enough, short both J1 and J2 for boost to 240MA idle. (Short the J1 and J2 each other, you can't short the 4 pins together )
J3: Default is connect, the Vref is from a pair transistors , sound detail , dynamic without harsh.
J4 : Change the Vref to a pair LED  . Replace different LED have different sound flavors. The default LED sound clear, detail, brighter than the transistors Vref .
We test with different LED, the high blue LED have emphasize on bass, sound thick and rich , like the old KRELL class A amp sounding.
Must read before operate :
1, Once you get the PSU2013, before connect in circuits, please connect the proper transformer and have a quickly check the DC output if extra as your order .  Class A PSU can't long term power on without load circuits.
2, If you want to change the Vref to LED, you MUST disconnect the circuits from the PSU2013, power off the transformer, disconnect J3, solder connect J4 steady , The transistor and LED have different voltage while as the Vref, so want to  adjust the blue potentiometer get the proper output voltage, then connect the circuits again .
3, If you ensure the J1 or J2 want to short after test , we are advice you are better solder short them rather than use the jumpers.
4, All kits have test before shipping, and this is for DIY, so have not warranty on the kit .
5, The heat sinks have connected to GND, so take care while install in the gear.
6, The adjustment resistor can adjust the output voltage, if you have not enough experiences, don't adjust it , we have adjust to standard output before shipment.
7, Connect by wrong will shatter the PSU or the gear.
8, While the PSU working will have some heat .
9, Users can setting between 80,160 and 240MA to try which one sound better for personal taste. But if setting on higher current, take care the heatsinks , the heatsinks can working under 85 Celsius safe . (DON'T rudely put your finger on the heatsinks, 60 celsius already make finger feel pain )

The advantage of the Class A PSU :
The Class A design always is the best design in audio field .
The class A PSU  had some limit ,  the heat is a little hotter than the normal PSU  , the output current have limit , but these all are not the points, it have the most neutral sound reproduce keep most DIYers like to applied it in their gears.

The Class A PSU had very high input impedance and low output impedance can avoid power disturbs . It working at class A state , have the fastest output current response.

Custom order If your transformer output have higher voltage than upon form specs, please replace by large heatsink, or install the transistors on metal chassis board.
Choice the proper current setting is better than always setting on max current .
If you want larger current output , please contact  audio-gd@126.com

FAQ:
1 ,
I connected all wires  without wrong, but the output voltage very low. Why?
       Some reason as below:
A, The load circuit current require more than the PSU output, try to setting at 160MA or 240MA output.
B, If setting at higher current output still have low voltage, maybe the load circuit have large current require ..

2 , My circuit only require 20MA, does the PSU have 80 to 240MA will shatter my circuit?
Absolutely can't shatter the circuits .
