Mac OSX driver upgrade guide :
Find the old driver and delete. 
Mac-------->Finder ----------> System ------> Library -------> Extensions -------> AudiogdUSBAduio.kext
Restart the Mac .
Install the new driver and restart the Mac .

Install the driver for OS-X Yosemite:
　

I think the issue is with priviledges in OS X Yosemite, the driver installer has likely not been approved by Apple and thus installation does not go through in default setting.

　

Here’s a procedure I had to follow for another software where it installs a virtual sound card so same thing as your drivers. Basically, one must enable “kext-dev-mode” using the root account.

　

I tried to reinstall the Tenor driver today after following the procedure below and, indeed, it now works! I can use DI-DSP fine now.

　

There is currently a know bug with the installation of Out Of Your Head on the Yosemite version of OS X. We are waiting to get approval from Apple before we can fix this bug.

In the meantime, please follow these instructions to enable the installation of Out Of Your Head on OS X Yosemite:

To enable installing third party KEXTs, you run the following command in an OS X Terminal window: (You can find the Terminal app in /Applications/Utilities/Terminal)

1. enter “su” and hit Enter
2. Enter your root password. (Usually this is the password of your administrator account on your computer.)
3. If you successfully logged in as root, the command prompt in the Terminal window should change and end in the “#” symbol.
4. Then type: sudo nvram boot-args=”kext-dev-mode=1″
5. Hit Enter
6. Then reboot
7. After reboot, reinstall Out Of Your Head and it should complete without the error.

Note: in Yosemite retail open the Applications folder in the CoreServices folder and then open Directory Utility

On Yosemite, there is no way to reinstall Out Of Your Head without enabling the “kext-dev-mode".

Design:
       Since November 2011 we have finished the TE8802 design and start  10 pcs TE8802 samples test.  At 15th December 2011 , we had order the first batch TE8802 .
       The Tenor company Chinese general agent declare they have limit release the TE8802 carefully, only accredit to few  manufacturers can produce TE8802 products, and  promisesed we are the first manufacturer produce batch products applied TE8802 in Chinese Mainland .

        While we start design the PCB, we were consider the TE8802 running at 192KHz high sampling, it need good power couple to keep it working well and  stabilization , so we design every power supply pins has applied 1UF with 0.1UF in parallel connection , and there are 4 pcs 100UF caps place on different parts of TE8802 power supplies.

        For the caps can shortest connect to the TE8802 power supply pins, we design the caps on bottom side, the wires between the TE8802 pins and the caps less than 4MM length, guarantee the TE8802 working well and stabilization , reproduce the detail .

Driver:
       The TE8802  supports high speed Asynchronous Transfer Mode , so it need install the driver in the computer .
       1, Download the driver and unzip .
       2, Click the shortcut menu "UsbHDAudioSetup" . The driver will automatic detective the current OS and perform the proper driver install.

        3, Install start .
       
        4, Waiting few minute till the driver install complete . During install, there is a window ask you if want to continue the install, click the button （Yes) as below picture.
    
        5, Restart the computer. On the start menu have a program document name " Audio-gd" , click in and click our logo for start the audio control panel.
            
         6, Users can setting the output sampling rate and other options on the audio control panel.
         
Please note:
1, On Windows XP, software package must be installed before USB audio device is plugged in. 
2, If the driver can't automatic detective the current OS , please click the document to choice the proper driver for install . The document name:
         x32 for 32 bit Win7, 
         x64 for 64bit Win7 ,
         XP for Windows XP . 
         Audio-gdUSBASY for MAC OS.
3,  If want to restart the TE8802 device, after power off , least  10 seconds for the TE8802 reset is necessary .
