The Products Have 10 Years  Repair Guarantee
     We burn in all gears for more than 100 hours (10 days) and check all parameter two times in every days before shipping, to make sure that our products have a good quality control. In our 10 years products sale experience, the fault units rate is less than 0.5% .
    
First year repair guarantee:
     If the gears have any problems (manufacturing defects and which is not caused by the user) within first 15 days , customers can ship back the gears, we will refund the shipping cost (customers must submit the shipping bill following which we will reimburse the amount to customers, please note that we will only refund shipping cost equal to what the customer had initially paid us for shipping the gears to them when placing the order). We will repair the defective gears for free and then ship back to customers, we will bear the  shipping cost back to them.  
     After first 15 days if the gears have any problems  (manufacturing defects and which is not caused by the user), in this case, the customers only pay for the shipping back to us  shipping costs,  we will pay for the shipping cost shipping to customer.
     If the gears have not real problems, we will not bear any shipping cost . So customers before shipping back, contact us to confirm if have problems or just have wrong operate cause by .

After the completion of First year Repair guarantee :
     If the gears have any problems , in this case, the customers only pay for both ways (to and fro) shipping costs and the cost of parts, while labor charges are free.

Please note :
        Before shipping we had double check the gear have the perfect state of the outside . 
        Few countries customs workers is rude maybe scrape the chassis or volume knob while custom check , if the scrape have not effect the performance , customers can pay the shipping cost for ask we send the free parts for replacement .
        If the volume switch broken during rude custom check , there is a spare volume switch in the pack for customers replace by themselves , this is had not soldering necessary .
        In our experiences , scrape chassis or shatter the volume switch is very infrequent ( In case less than 1%).
