the gears from our agents, the gear get guarantee from our agents
and we offer the
technology support .
2, While you receive the gears , before you confirm the gears
work fine, don't take apart the chassis or shatter the
guarantee ticket on the rear of the chassis.
3, The power amps if had take apart the chassis or shatter the
guarantee ticket on rear will will lose the guarantee (but we
still offer the repair).
4, The gears had fail cause by user wrong operate or modify will
lose the guarantee (but we still offer the repair).
5, If the gear has no real problem, we don't cover any shipping
cost. We will candidly check the shipped back gears. From our
experiences, there were around 30% shipping back gears without
any problems , so before customer shipping back please contact
us at first , we will cooperate with customer try to confirm if
the gear had real problems or not .
Repair Guarantee
All Audio-GD gears
comes with repair guarantee.
We burn in all gears
for more than 100 hours and check several times before shipping, to
make sure that our products have a good quality control.
When we shipping out the package, we had done the good pack and
had take photos of the appearance of products before packing for
check,so that the below case will not be the evidence for the
Guarantee :
1,Few of products under plate will had the vestige of gluewater
(The gluewater is for avoid the screws will not take off during
shipping)
2,Because of the express company or Customs shipping
cause the products had the slight appearance damage but will not
effect the product work performance.
(DHL and EMS shipping cost already include the insurance during
shipping ,customer need check the product at once while received
the products, if found the products had appearance damage,
please pursue a claim with DHL or EMS at once)
First year repair guarantee:
If the gears have any
problems (manufacturing defects and which is not caused by the
user), customers can ship back the gears, we will refund the shipping
cost (customers must submit the shipping bill following which we will
reimburse the amount to customers, please note that we will only
refund shipping cost equal to what the customer had initially paid us
for shipping the gears to them when placing the order). We will
repair the defective gears for free and then ship back to customers, we
will bear the full shipping cost back to them.
Second and Third year Repair guarantee (after the completion of First year):
If the gears
have any problems (manufacturing defects and which is not caused by
the user), in this case, the customers only pay for both ways (to and
fro) shipping costs, while we will repair for free which includes parts
and labor charges.
User inflicted problem repair guarantee:
Customers must
pay for both ways (to and fro) shipping and the cost of parts, while
labor charges are free.
